We are pleased to offer all our guests a wide range of amenities during thier stay. All our rooms feature free high-speed internet access, colour television, tea & coffee making facilities, en-suite bathroom with bath or shower and safe, secure parking.
Our standard check-in time is 3pm however we will try to accommodate early check in where possible. Guests are required to check out by 12pm on the day of depature. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your stay we accept cancellations for direct bookings with no charge up to 24 hours before your stay. If you booked through an agent please contact them for details of their cancellation policy.
Please note Castlecary Hotel has a no smoking policy in all guest rooms. Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only.
